Where does my movement video go?
Movement analysis runs on your iPhone, and your video is not sent to AI. A video is uploaded to your private account storage only when you save or sync a review, so it can be restored on your devices.
My review is not syncing.
Keep the app open and connected to the internet while the review syncs. If it remains stuck, try a stable Wi-Fi connection and contact support with your app version and what you see on screen.
AI coaching is unavailable or seems wrong.
Check your internet connection and try again. Coaching feedback is automated and can be incomplete or unsuitable; use your judgment and treat it as general fitness information, not medical advice.
How do I manage or cancel a subscription?
Apple manages App Store subscriptions. Open your Apple Account subscription settings to view, change, or cancel a plan. Deleting your AI Form Fix account does not cancel an Apple subscription.
How do I delete my account?
Open Settings in AI Form Fix, choose Delete account, and follow the confirmation steps. Account deletion removes your account and its saved reviews and review videos. A restricted deletion record is retained as described in the Privacy Policy.
Is AI Form Fix medical advice?
No. The app provides general movement and fitness feedback, not medical diagnosis or treatment. Stop exercising if you feel pain or unusual discomfort, and consult a qualified professional when appropriate.
