1. Who provides the app

AI Form Fix is provided by the developer of the app. For privacy questions, data requests, or support, email bevatsal1122@gmail.com.

2. Information we process

• Account information: your email address, used to create and secure your account.
• Profile information: details you choose to provide, such as name, training goal and experience, age range, gender, fitness level, height, and weight.
• Movement review information: selected exercise, pose measurements, confidence values, analysis results, and coaching feedback generated for a review.
• Membership references: subscription product and transaction references needed to reflect membership status. Apple processes App Store payments; we do not receive your full payment card details.
• Technical and security information: connection and service logs needed to operate, secure, and limit abuse of the coaching service. The service receives your network address to apply request limits.

3. Video and on-device analysis

AI Form Fix analyzes movement video on your device to estimate visible pose and movement. The video itself is not sent to the AI coaching provider. If you choose to save or sync a review, its video may be uploaded to private account storage so it can be restored on your devices. You can delete saved reviews in the app. Account deletion removes associated saved review videos and review records.

4. AI coaching and service providers

AI coaching and onboarding personalization are app features. To provide them, the app sends the selected exercise, relevant movement measurements, and profile preferences needed for the response to our coaching server. The server sends relevant request content to OpenAI to generate text feedback. The video is not sent.

Supabase provides authentication, database, and private file storage. Railway hosts the coaching server. Apple processes App Store purchases. These providers handle information under their own terms and privacy practices. Depending on provider infrastructure and configuration, information may be processed in countries other than where you live.

5. How information is used

Information is used to provide sign-in, movement analysis, coaching, saved review history, profile settings, membership features, customer support, security, abuse prevention, and service operation. AI Form Fix does not make medical diagnoses or treatment decisions.

The coaching service uses a keyed, one-way hash of the network address in short-lived server memory for rate-limit counters. The app does not store the raw address in those counters. Railway and other infrastructure providers may process connection and operational logs under their own retention practices.

6. Retention and deletion

Account profile information and saved reviews are kept while your account is active, unless a shorter period applies or retention is needed for security or legal reasons. You can delete individual saved reviews or request account deletion in Settings. Account deletion removes the authentication account, saved reviews, and associated review videos. The agreement record is removed when the account is deleted.

To prevent reuse of a deleted account, a restricted deletion record containing the email and account profile snapshot is retained. It is not available to other users and has no automatic expiration. Some data cached locally may remain on a device until removed by the app or the app is uninstalled. Deleting an account does not cancel an Apple subscription.

7. Your choices and privacy rights

You can edit profile information, delete saved reviews, request account deletion in Settings, or contact us at bevatsal1122@gmail.com with a privacy request. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of personal information, or to withdraw consent. We handle requests under applicable law. Withdrawing consent may prevent features that need the information from working; it does not affect processing already lawfully completed or processing permitted or required by law.

8. Children and teenagers

If you are under 18 or the age of majority where you live, use the app only with permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian where required by law. Age-related requirements differ between countries. A parent or guardian should contact us if they believe a child’s information has been provided in a way that does not comply with applicable law.

9. Security and policy updates

We use access controls and private storage intended to protect account information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. We may update this policy as our practices or legal requirements change. When updated, we will change the version and effective date. Material changes may require renewed agreement before continued account use.
